Refund and Exchange Policy

• No refunds on conventions and workshops.
• If Thrive Dance Experience cancels an event or it is canceled due to government or venue rules and regulations, Thrive will provide full refunds no more than 60 days.
• All accounts with returned checks will have a $35 additional fee.
• No refunds on merchandise.
• Merchandise can only be exchanged on-site during the day of the event it was purchased with a receipt.
